Job Title: Cook

1. Job Description
Prepare and cook pizzas
Clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Clean kitchen and work areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

2. Requirements
Completion of Secondary School
1-2 years’ experience as a Cook in a restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Great communication skill (English proficiency) with a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
Able to work night shifts

3. Job Details
Location: Uncle Fatih’s Pizza – 638 Abbott Street – Vancouver, BC
Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time (30~40 hours/w)
Start date: ASAP
Wage: $18.10 per hour
