Job Duties:
 Cut, bone and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry.
 Cut and pack according to present at the self-serve counter
 Display meat, poultry
 Manage Inventory, and track records
 Weigh meat, poultry to price label
 Check food storage condition meets health standards

Skill Requirements:
• Education: Completion of high school is required
• Experience: No formal experience is required, but experience is an asset. On job training will be provided
