Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $ 25/Hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Job Description:
– Administer day to day office operations. Establish, evaluate, and implement office procedures
– Maintain tidy and professional set up in the establishment
– Attend customers, schedule appointments
– Manage service equipment, forms, supplies, office security etc.
– Coordinate and host presentations and take notes of the proceedings
– Manage mails/ electronic correspondence, receive phone calls
– Assist in processing job applications including reference checking, booking interviews etc
– Manage travel related activities, prepare expense reports
– Prepare and proofread documents like vendor bills, customer invoices and various reports
– Coordinate with the company accountants and other stakeholders
– Handling tasks such as filing, photocopying, printing and binding, typing documents, faxing documents etc.
– Perform light accounting/book keeping duties
