Position: Administrative Assistant

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Respond to daily emails from students, instructors, colleagues, and management.
– Answer and provide information about classes, registration, permissions, etc.
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, forms, and documents.
– Check and manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
– Provide administrative support to an academic teaching department by providing reception services, and scheduling appointments, and meetings.
– Organize and conduct college events by securing space, equipment, and food.
Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants OR at least 6 months of previous clerical experience is required.
