Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Cook items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes and Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol;
2. Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes;
3. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
4. Cutting, chopping, mixing ingredients, and preparing sauces;
5. Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecast range;
6. Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at workstation and meeting prep items to ensure smooth delivery;
7. Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards;
8. Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products;
