Skyway Brands Regina Inc. is now hiring a Kitchen Manager to fulfill our busy location, and the second busiest airport in Saskatchewan.
We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for Brioche Doree, Skyway Grill & Bar, and Tim Hortons.

1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food meets quality control standards

2. Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
• Work under pressure

3. Job Details
• Location: 2316-5201 Regina Avenue, Regina, SK / YQR – Regina International Airport
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30 hours/week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $ 27.00 per hour
